基于认知计算的大数据分析方法-简介

大数据隐含着巨大的社会、经济、科研价值。对大数据的研究与应用获得了各国政府的高度重视。大数据研究提出了许多新的挑战,面对这些挑战,传统的分析方法已无能为力,如何发展适合大数据的分析方法,已成为目前紧迫的科学研究问题。本项目依据认知计算领域的最新研究成果,研究大数据分析方法。对应于大脑认知计算的信息处理机制,本项目研究大数据的三个核心科学问题:大数据的表达、大数据的存储、大数据的预测。认知计算是一门从计算的角度研究人类感知和思维信息处理过程的学科。大脑是一个天然的大数据处理器,借鉴大脑的信息处理机制去发展大数据研究的方法,无疑是一条可行的道路。深度神经网络学习在大数据方面取得的一些成功已证明了这一点。本项目将利用神经科学的最新成果构建新型神经网络,并基于认知计算构建大数据学习算法。这项研究对促进大数据理论发展和应用具有重要意义。主要研究成果将在特定大数据集上测试验证。可望在如情报分析、战场装备识别等方面获得成功应用。
Abstract
There is enormous value in the social, economic and scientific research behind the big data. The research and application of the big data has drawn much attention from many countries’ governments. Big data analysis put forward many new challenges. Facing these challenges, there is nothing can be done by the traditional analysis methods. How to develop the appropriate big data analysis methods has become a pressing scientific research topic. This project researches on the big data analysis methods according to the latest research work in the cognitive computation field. As for the human brain cognitive calculation information process system, this project studies the three major scientific.problems in the research of big data: date representation, data storage and data prediction. Cognitive computation is a subject studying the human feeling and the procedure of thinking information processing from the view of computing. The human brain is a natural big data processor. It is definitely a workable way to develop the big data research methods by referring to the information processing mechanism.of human brain. The success of deep learning in big data analysis has confirmed this point. This project will use the latest results in neural science to construct new neural networks, and use the latest results in cognitive computation to establish new learning algorithms for big data analysis. The proposed algorithms of this project will be tested by using big data sets provided from Baidu Company. This project is of significant importance to the promotion of the theory study and application to the big data. The results of this project could be expected to have practical applications in object tracking and motion objects recognition etc.
